We are a small, growing cleaning business looking for a dependable, physically capable Cleaning Assistant to support our lead cleaner during residential jobs. You’ll work directly alongside her to help complete client cleanings on time and with care. This job is physically demanding. You must be ready to scrub, lift, reach high and low, and move quickly while staying detail-oriented.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and active car insurance Physically fit and able to perform full-home cleanings Reliable, punctual, and hard-working Willing to take instruction and learn from our lead cleaner Comfortable working in client homes Trustworthy and professional in appearance and attitude Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$18-$20 per hour based on experience and reliability Pay increases possible after successful trial period

Schedule:

Part-time to start (2-4 days per week) Daytime hours only (10AM – 5 PM range) Potential to scale into full-time as our business grows
