Residential Counselor Steps For Success Family Services, LLC Gastonia, NC 28052 Steps For Success Family Services (Residential Level III program) located in Gastonia, NC is seeking a residential counselors for immediate hire. Must have a high school diploma/GED. College degree preferred. Must also have experience working with children/adolescent with mental health issues.
