Assistant Project Manager – Luxury Residential (Spec Homes)

Experience:

2-5 years (Production or Custom Homes)

2+ years of residential construction experience (production or custom)

Detail-oriented with a sharp eye and strong follow-through
Reports directly to Construction Manager & Business Partner

Willing to dig in and figure things out—no hand-holding needed
Self-starter who asks smart questions
Takes direction well, follows through without hesitation
Comfortable picking up the phone—strong communicator
Loves the field—jobsite presence is key
No client-facing work—support role focused on internal team execution

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily site coordination and job tracking
Support in managing schedules, trades, and materials
Help hit key milestones and project deadlines
Document jobsite progress and report challenges/issues
Troubleshoot and propose solutions proactively
