Awake Overnight Residential Counselor (Part Time) Fellowship Housing Opportunities 11 Chesley Street, Concord, NH 03301 Position Shift – Days/Hours Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00pm – 8:00am This is a part-time, 30 hours per week position, located in Concord, NH. We offer shift differential pay for overnight hours. Job Description Fellowship Housing Opportunities is seeking applicants for the delivery of services in our licensed community residence. Residential Counselors are actively involved in engaging people with mental illnesses in meeting their residential and recovery-oriented goals by offering direct assistance with daily living tasks, support for taking medication, decreasing symptoms of mental illness and becoming active members of the community. Responsibilities Residential Counselors provide direct support to individuals residing in the community residence.

Responsibilities include:

Properly documenting residents’ symptoms and issues, as well as any interventions provided, in the electronic medical record Providing oversight of residents’ self-administration of medication Encouraging and supporting residents with their activities of daily living, including maintaining their living space and meal preparation Maintaining secure premises during the overnight hours Light administrative paperwork and housekeeping Requirements This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid NH driver’s license and auto insurance is required. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be computer literate, be oriented to the principles of recovery from mental illness, and demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be able to work independently and as a member of a direct service team, be reliable, communicate well and be able to manage time well.
