The ideal candidate will also have at least three (3) years of prior professional experience in a residential setting, able to meet deadlines and foster teamwork and positive tenant working relationships.

Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

General apartment maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting) Installing fixtures, trim, molding, cabinets, counters, etc. Experience working with various construction materials Experience using hand and power tools Address any safety hazards Liaise with building management, contractors and outside vendors, etc.

Basic Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls and in-person requests. Comply with company policies, practices and procedures. Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner. Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position. Complete company required training courses as assigned.
