Job Overview Seeking Consultant:

Indiana 3.5 Residential SUD Licensing Expert We are actively looking for an experienced consultant or professional who fully understands the application process, timelines, and requirements for obtaining a 3.5 level Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) inpatient facility license in the state of Indiana.

The ideal candidate will have:

Direct experience with Indiana’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) licensing process. Knowledge of all required documentation, inspections, and compliance standards for 3.5 residential level of care. A clear understanding of realistic timelines from application submission to full licensure. Experience coordinating with state agencies and navigating regulatory requirements efficiently.

Our primary goals:

Gain a full understanding of the process, steps involved, and typical timelines. Receive guidance on preparing and submitting a successful application. Ensure we meet all necessary state requirements to open and operate the facility. Only individuals with direct experience in Indiana SUD residential licensing will be considered.
