As a Recreation Advisor, your role will be critical infostering personal growth, team spirit, and leadership skills amongour students. You will be responsible for designing andimplementing recreational programs that not only engage and inspirebut also contribute to the overall development of our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implementa diverse range of recreational activities, including sports,fitness programs, outdoor adventures, and team-building exercises.

Foster a positive and inclusive recreational environment thatencourages personal growth, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them developsocial skills, self-confidence, and resilience. Collaborate withother departments to integrate recreational activities into theoverall educational and vocational program. Monitor and assess theprogress of students, identifying areas for improvement andimplementing strategies for positive change. Maintain a safe andsupportive environment for all participants, ensuring compliancewith safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associatesof Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.

Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Companyinsurability requirements. CDL preferred. Physical requirementsinclude sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pullingand/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.

Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability toassess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.”Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
