• Assisting in maintenance and repairs (i.e. plumbing leaks, sanding, tiling)
• Must have experience and skill with plaster and painting.
• 4 Residential buildings (3 locations in the Bronx, 1 location in Spring Valley, NY)
• Must have a means of travel, travel will be reimbursed.
• Must have a valid U.S drivers license
• Must be able to have a basic understanding of working with smartphones, computers, and email software
• Spanish speaking is preferred but the candidate must be able to speak English proficiently
• Must have 3 years prior maintenance experience
• Responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor common areas and individual unit repairs.

Work Remotely No Summary As a Traveling Handy Man, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and construction services across various residential properties. Reporting to the Operations Manager status reports and work order completion. Your premium skills in strategic planning will enable you to effectively allocate resources and time. Proficiency in English and Spanish will facilitate communication with clients, while your hands-on experience in residential and construction painting will enhance service delivery.
