Description Project Management:
Support project executionfrom preconstruction through completion on luxury single-familyhome builds
Mentorship:
Assist the Project Manager in overseeingscheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and qualitycontrol
Presentation:
Regularly interface with high-profileclients, architects, and designers, maintaining a polished andprofessional presence
Schedule Management:
Conduct site walks,track project milestones, and help ensure timely delivery
Documentation:
Help manage project documentation including RFIlogs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Travel:
Workon-site in Greenwich, CT 1-2 days per week, with remaining timesplit between the Springfield office and home Profile 2-3 years ofexperience working in the luxury residential construction sectorFamiliarity with country estate projects is strongly preferred overpurely urban work Strong organizational and communication skills,with the ability to interface comfortably with high-end clients anddesign professionals Eager to grow into a Project Manager role overtime-ambitious but collaborative Comfortable traveling to sites inGreenwich and NYC (train and walk accessible) Polished,detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a mentorship-heavyenvironment
Job Offer Competitive Base Salary:
up to 85K(commensurate with experience)
