We’re a busy, family-owned cleaning company serving residential homes and short-term rental properties. With 165+ recurring clients and a growing reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in person at our office. If you’re organized, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and coordinate cleaning appointments Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a professional and friendly manner Communicate with clients and team members about bookings, changes, and service updates Handle laundry tasks (wash, fold, organize) for short-term rental properties Monitor and restock cleaning supplies Maintain a clean and organized office environment Assist with occasional short-term rental inspections (a plus, not required)
Qualifications:
Prior experience in admin, office management, hospitality, or cleaning industries preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Basic tech skills (email, calendar management, spreadsheets) Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Reliable transportation for errands or inspections (if needed) A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
