• Community Care Network is seeking fulltime 2nd and 3rd shiftResidential Recovery Specialists to support individuals living withmental health and/or substance use challenges!

• About the

Role:

• The Residential Recovery Specialist will provide support to individualsliving with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in arecovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility.

The per diemResidential Recovery Specialist will support therapeutic programming,share meals with the clients, facilitate medication compliance, allwhile building strong, meaningful connections!

This position is great for students or those who want to further theirexperience in the human service industry. We are looking for staff whocan assist in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integrationinto the community.

• Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be able to work 2:45pm 11:15pm for second shift.

Must be able to work 10:45pm 7:15am for third shift.

Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.

Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.

Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.

Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personalautomobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandatedby the State of Vermont.

• Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.
