Job Description:

InReach is looking for a full-time Assistant Director for their Community Outreach Program for the Harrisburg Day Support Center. This leadership role is responsible for clinical management, coordination of services, and supervision of the staff for the Community Outreach Program. This individual will also be working closely with the Directors of Community Outreach as well as the Chief Program Officer.

Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Harrisburg Day Support Center Pay Rate:

Salary range will be discussed during the interview process and is dependent on experience and demonstrated abilities.

Essential Skill and Abilities:

Analyzing issues and offering solutions within the framework of InReach policies, procedures, and the company vision. Being aware of legislative and economic factors that affect the company’s financial health. Implementing and managing the department budget and making recommendations as needed. Analyzing data and developing metrics to represent and quantify performance statistics. Ability to use metrics to manage business outcomes to align with InReach’s vision and strategic goals. Contribute to the growth of the department by participating in the strategic planning and other leadership development for the company. Ensuring the representation of InReach in a professional manner and displaying the mission and vision to all stakeholders in the best possible light. Demonstrating the ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision. Possessing a knowledge base that promotes good judgement. Job Duties may include (but not limited to): Maintain program integrity. Maintain a person-centered approach that emphasizes community integration and individual legal rights. Supervises daily management of the Day Center Program. Supervises daily management of the facility operations. Recommends admissions and discharges in the program. Maintains funding. Maintains quality staff. Maintains program and assures confidentiality. Contributes to team effort. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal and professional networks, participating in professional organizations and societies. Ensures coordination of services that relate to the program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Designation of Qualified Professional 3 or more years’ experience supervising staff 2 years full-time experience with the Innovations Waiver or the equivalent Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Has access to transportation 24 hours a day and able to travel to meet company needs Ability to perform essential job duties, physical tasks, and mental tasks What we offer: Benefit plan package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) match, PTO, Life, Short/Long Term Disability, Teladoc Public Student Loan Forgiveness program Partnership discounts with local businesses Continuing education perks InReach is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
