Temporary Life Enrichment Assistant (potential for permanent employment)

$15 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting group and individualized enrichment activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities. Provide support and companionship to residents during daily programs and special outings, including transportation assistance if needed. Uphold residents’ rights and privacy, honoring individual choices and preferences. Contribute to a lively, caring atmosphere by embodying Trinity Grove’s core values and high standards of service. Complete mandatory training and certifications as required. Offer additional support in Nursing and Assisted Living areas, including one-on-one activities, mail distribution, and escorting residents. Support Adult Day Services by maintaining records, observing dietary needs, assisting with meals, and aiding daily living activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Basic computer skills and familiarity with audio-visual or vehicle equipment are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to assist with resident transfers and transportation. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching as needed.
