Your job is simple:

explain how NY State grant programs work and help people apply for free upgrades like insulation and energy-efficient heating/cooling systems. These programs are based on household income and completely free to those who qualify. Everyone qualifies for some assistance regardless of income! Responsibilities Attend events and walk neighborhoods in assigned areas Speak with residents in a friendly, informative way Explain available NY State grant programs and eligibility Help interested homeowners/tenants begin the application process Track outreach progress and meet weekly goals What You Get Hourly pay Performance bonuses — high earners make over $1,000+/week!
