Description & Requirements Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeksa Conflicts Coordinator to support the Conflicts Team. TheConflicts Coordinator will review conflicts reports, work with Firmpersonnel and attorneys to identify conflict issues, maintainconflicts database information and review staff and attorney intakematerials. This is a remote position and can be located in NC, SC,GA, and AL. The hours for this role are: 11:30 AM
- 8:00 PM ET, 9:30 AM
- 6:00PM MST, 9:30 AM
- 6:00 PM
PST RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, vet and process requests for conflicts searches Perform corporate research and conflicts checks to generateconflicts reports Work closely with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hireand new business intake conflicts assignments Review conflict database details to prepare general conflictssummaries for firm lawyers and General Counsel’s Office Interact with attorneys and firm personnel to discuss conflictsdata and potential action items Prepare conflicts documentation relating to conflictqueries Maintain conflicts database to record and update all conflictrelated activities Follow best practices and stay current with processimprovements Work on other conflicts related projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and three years of related experience and/ortraining To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able toperform each duty satisfactorily, with attention to detail Excellent client service is expected. Strong oral and writtencommunication skills required Ability to work well under pressure and meet time-sensitivedeadlines Communicate and share information effectively, accurately,promptly, and with good judgment Able to manage multiple projects while adapting to changingpriorities Punctuality and satisfactory attendance is imperative Willing to work overtime as needed To perform this job successfully, an individual should have aworking knowledge of various types of technology, such as MicrosoftWord, PowerPoint and Excel.
