Family Support Worker- Pediatrics Craniofacial Center University of Florida – 4.2 Gainesville, FL Job Details Part-time $20 – $25 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience with children 1 year Entry level Full Job Description The incumbent will provide technical assistance to the Craniofacial interdisciplinary team regarding family engagement and patient advocacy initiatives both during weekly Craniofacial clinic and ongoing quality improvement initiatives. The incumbent will develop patient engagement programming including, but not limited to a network of patient and family advocates, to expand the patient and family voice, improve clinic functioning, and develop ongoing Craniofacial patient and family engagement programming. The incumbent will meet with patients and families to provide psychosocial support, resource referrals, and technical assistance at patient and provider direction. The incumbent will complete assigned duties and assignments, as needed.

Expected Salary:

$20.00- $25.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with children or families.

Preferred:

2 years of lived experience as a parent, patient, or family member of a child/youth with a special healthcare need. Special Instructions to
