Interface Youth Program East is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to work with at-risk youth as caregivers in a residential setting. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be a positive role model for our program’s participants, helping them make better choices and preparing them to effectively face life’s challenges. As a member of our team, you will be provided with continuous training opportunities that will help you develop and hone your skills as a social service provider. Qualified candidates will possess the following:
