Job Description
Housing Support Associate – Homeless Program Transitional Services Inc White Oak, PA 15131 The Housing Support Associate is responsible to function in a direct service capacity as a member of the interdisciplinary team by providing housing support, education, and assistance to individuals referred to the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Supportive Housing Program for Individuals and Families. They work to identify, secure and maintain affordable housing of their choice. In conjunction with other team members, the Housing Support Associate assists in ensuring that daily operations within the work group are consistent with TSI’s mission statement and guiding principles as well as the agency’s Psychiatric Rehabilitation Approach Mission statement and values when applicable. $1,000.00 Sign on
Bonus Schedule:
9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday (May require a later shift or weekend for emergencies) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminology or other social services field plus 1 year of experience working with Psychiatric Disabilities, Residential, Forensic, Drug & Alcohol or Human Services Or an equivalent (5 years total) combination of education and experience PA driver’s license required PA Child Abuse Clearance required Transitional Services, Inc. Pay:
