We are seeking highly caring, enthusiastic, & passionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who enjoy Life Enrichment Activities to join our compassionate community as we enhance independence and dignity for all our Residents!
Location :
Westvue; PC Memory Support; 13 residents per household
Base Pay :
Determined based upon years of experience, starting rate with no experience or med tech certification is $15.75; plus, applicable shift & weekend differentials.
Schedule:

Shift/Weekend Differentials:
$1.50 additional from 3:00pm-11:00pm $0.75 additional from 11:00pm-7:00am $1.25 additional on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Experience with Life Enrichment CPR/1st Aid/AED certified or ability to become certified. Ability to communicate with residents, families, and staff. Able to perform the essential job functions of the job description. Demonstrate flexibility. Satisfactory completion of the
Personal Care Home Direct Care Staff Person Training Program Essential Job Responsibilities:
Establish respectful, warm relationships with residents. Assist resident with all activities of daily living as needed. Participate in development of residents’ Support Plan. Facilitate recreational/life enhancement activities. Facilitate dining/light meal preparations. Collect data such as vital signs, as indicated. Housekeeping and laundry, as needed and assigned. Observe client and immediately report changes in condition to Supervisor. Attend all required staff meetings and complete monthly education on Relias by dates due. Adhere to all PCH policies and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations, and OSHA safety standards. Document interventions, activities, observations, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
