Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant Landis Communities 1001 E Oregon Rd, Lititz, PA 17543 Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant in Health Care Plans, leads and assists in recreational activities, including large and small groups, special events and one-to-one visits. Serves as an active participant in the household model for Health Care.

What You Will Do:

Get Creative:

Plan, lead, and assist in a variety of recreational activities—everything from fun group games to quiet, meaningful one-on-one visits. No day is ever the same!

Team Up:

Work closely with an amazing household team to create exciting, enriching programs that our residents will love. You’ll have the chance to bring your ideas to life while collaborating with like-minded team members. Engage with

Residents & Families:

Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and staff. Share in their stories, create smiles, and make every day special!

Escort & Assist:

Help residents get to and from activities, and occasionally escort family members to visit their loved ones. Your support makes a world of difference!

Documentation & Support:

Assist with charting activities and progress notes, and play a key role in making sure our residents’ needs are met.

Activities Assistant Position Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required. Prior experience in related role preferred. Prior experience in long term care facility preferred. Prior experience in a memory support setting is preferred. Proficient in use of computer and related technology required for the role.
