Teladoc Overview:
The Director of Central Access will be responsible for daily management and operations of the Access Center. Central Access’ goal is to increase recruitment and linkage to Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder/Co-Occurring Disorders treatment programs while providing screening and assessment, eligibility assessment, peer navigation and case management services. The primary duty will be to plan, organize, direct and evaluate work of program staff providing these services. This position is responsible for ensuring services provided are following all grant/funding requirements and for compliance with all timelines for delivery of grant/funding service/data and follow up requirements. This position is entrusted with a high level of responsibility and insight in treating clients and ensuring services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to Lakeview Center Inc. and division standards. Based on the knowledge and degree required, this position will serve as a lead position in the provision of direct care. Therapeutic services include but are not limited to, assessment, treatment planning, person centered services and management of client risk and safety. Role Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development).
- At least five (5) years’ experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families who have mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the role of supervisor or in program management.
- Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or MCAP.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
