• Summary
• We are seeking a Director to join our team at Sunrise Community. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing our programs and services, ensuring that we meet the needs of those we serve while upholding our mission of community integration and support.
• Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with disabilities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in service delivery
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to enhance service offerings
• Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed
• Provide training and support to staff to foster a culture of excellence in care
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to meet organizational goals.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the social services or healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of home care, long-term care, and disability services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
