Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Oversee the budgeting process for social services, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of social service professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to coordinate services and resources for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in behavioral health to inform program development and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of social services.
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within social services or behavioral health.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
