Traveling Social Services Director 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Florida We are seeking an experienced Social Services Director to join our growing team. Our comprehensive programs meet the changing needs of both our short-term patients recovering from surgery or an acute illness, as well as the needs of our long-term residents The ideal candidate must possess:
- Working knowledge of care plans and discharge planning services
- The ability to assist potential and existing residents and patients with the Medicare and Medicaid application process.
- Minimum 2-5 years Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years employment experience in a social services industry or department
- MSW or equivalent in related field We are an
