This role has two positions.
Job Summary:
As a Global Health & Wellbeing (“H&W”) Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a variety of global H&W products ensuring the development, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive health and wellbeing programs across all regions where the company operates. The Senior Manager will be accountable for ~ 1/3 of all Global H&W delivery. Benefit areas could include Medical, Life Insurance, EAP, Time & Attendance, allowances, etc. This leader will collaborate with various departments, including Operating Units, Total Rewards CoE, Procurement, HR Tech, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR, etc. Where applicable, manage vendor performance of H&W programs. They will have people management responsibilities for a team of ~ 6 employees including H&W Managers and H&W Consultants.
Key Responsibilities can include:
Lead project management of H&W program changes globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance with defined processes, and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with partners (payroll, HR Tech, procurement, Communications, TR leaders, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of H&W programs. Create, execute, and delegate test plans to ensure implementations and ongoing processes function as designed. Ensure existing H&W programs are delivered accurately, meet customer needs, and comply with regulations and standards. Respond to escalated issues pertaining to H&W programs from Total Rewards leaders, vendors, teammates, and management. Apply advanced knowledge of H&W disciplines to identify solutions for complex global H&W issues and collaborate with peers, partners, vendors, and leaders to design sustainable solutions that are simpler, better, and faster. Manage complex vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and overall delivery. Ensure all legally required documents regarding services are received, followed-up on, and handed over to other functions for archiving in employee files. Ensure information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed. Accountable for people management including fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, developing team members, and managing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles. Role model for growth behaviors Minimum of 7 years of experience in H&W Benefit delivery Proven problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and communication skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Knowledge of H&W principles and practices.

Pay Range:
$125,000 – $141,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
