Director Confidential Fayetteville, GA 30214 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in delivering exceptional services and programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of behavioral health, and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires effective relationship management and the ability to oversee program development while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and standards. Duties Supervise and manage staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program visibility and support. Manage administrative tasks related to program management, including reporting and compliance documentation. Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in social work and behavioral health. Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams within social work or behavioral health settings. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively. Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation related to developmental disabilities. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within a nonprofit or similar environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
