Social Services Director Part Time~ Days Sanfield Rehabilitation and Living Center, a progressive 35-bed healthcare facility, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long-term, respite and residential care, has an excellent leadership opportunity for the right candidate.
- Licensed Social Worker with previous supervisory experience in a health care setting
- Knowledge and experience with Medicare, managed care, Maine Care and other reimbursement sources
- Demonstrated knowledge of facility regulation and policy/procedure implementation
