What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications of a

Director of Social Services:

+ Master’s degree in social work or related field (Preferred, not required) + Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) + Minimum of 4 years in social services, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership role in a long-term care setting + Strong understanding of the aging process, psychosocial needs of the elderly, and the impact of chronic illness + Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents and their families•We Hire for Heart!
