Wentzville, MO Compensation :

The Senior Director of Youth CPRC oversees and directs processes that will ensure timely, clinically appropriate, high quality, effective, whole-person care to clients and families seeking intensive Youth CPRC services. Focus on clinical innovation to ensure excellent, efficient and consistent clinical care is provided across all YCPRC Teams. Work with Directors to identify areas of growth, create and provide effective processes using PDSA, create and deliver specific training to teams to increase competency, work with Quality to monitor outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

Oversee identified Youth CPRC Directors and their staff, including those responsible for fidelity-based Youth CPRC programming, such as ACT- TAY, Mo Tay Ler and CSC Coordinated Specialty Care teams Ensure consistent training and processes across all Youth CPRC Supervisors and teams, and develop needed skills in supervisory team Attend team huddles and visit offices on rotating basis to ensure consistent processes Ensure high fidelity, quality services that provide strengths-based, stage-matched community-based care for Young Adults with SPMI, FEP, and co-occurring substance use disorders Oversee detailed projects such as MPR, MBS, Therapists on CPRC teams, WHO, Wellness Coaching and Primary Care improvement Ensure coordination among members of Youth CPRC Director team and provide support to the VP of Children’s Services Work with partnering child serving agencies and schools to build and maintain professional relationships Work with Data, Quality, and Compliance Departments to ensure continually improving services and to identify staff in need of training and education Provide guidance to Directors and their teams based on reports and feedback from Quality, Compliance, fidelity reviews, etc. Hold regular meetings with direct reports and as needed with their staff to ensure regular communication and feedback between VP and direct line staff Abide by all professional, certification, and corporate ethical standards Conduct AIM discussions with assigned staff to develop professional goals Approve requests for PTO/Leave and approve timesheets in UKG Follow up with consumers as needed Complete and assist with special projects as discussed with VP of Children’s Services Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees Completes performance development/AIM process Time card management – manages time sheets Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Job Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required

WORK EXPERIENCE

Travel among offices required Minimum of 5 years clinical and supervisory experience required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
