Social Services Director Are you a compassionate and organized professional ready to make a difference in residents’ lives? We are seeking a Social Services Director to lead and manage our social services team at our nursing home!

Social Services Director Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate social services programs to support residents’ emotional and social well-being. Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare staff to develop individualized care plans. Provide counseling and support to residents and families during transitions or challenges. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to social services in long-term care. Lead a team of social workers and maintain accurate documentation.

Social Services Director Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (Master’s preferred). Social Worker license in New Jersey Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with federal and state regulations for nursing homes.
