The Director of EFFC oversees and coordinates all aspects of the Enhanced Family Foster Care program, including supervision and management of the program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and oversight over casework decisions. Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or equivalent degree in psychology, sociology or the relevant behavioral science required. LMSW Preferred. Two years of Supervisory/Management experience working in foster care required. Three years of direct practice experience working in foster care required.
