SERVICES SPECIALIST / CASE MANAGER COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES – COLUMBIA, SC
Full-time position working for dynamic and impactful state-wide non-profit available. SCYAP offers theopportunity to work with and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable, at-risk children and adolescents across the state of South Carolina. Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to: Development, review and supervision of behavioral health treatment plans Supervision and development of direct care workforce providing in-home support services Case management tasks such ensuring services authorized are being provided, cases are terminated when clinically appropriate, and managing any disruption of services through communication and collaboration with guardians and caseworkers
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the area of child welfare or mental health
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
