Line of Business Oasis Healthcare Position Type Full-Time Our Company Oasis Healthcare Overview Under the general administrative direction of the reportingmanager, the Community Liaison will market hospice and or homehealth services to industry professionals, the community, andindividuals and or families in a manner that demonstrates andreflects the quality of the company. Responsibilities Conduct in-person sales calls toexisting and potential referral sources, including hospitals,physician’s practices, nursing homes, assisted living facilitiesand other relevant organizations. Document all interactions in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships withreferral sources to drive awareness and referrals for hospiceservices. Leverage market data and territory insights to develop andexecute effective plans. Ensuring optimal reach and frequency toachieve targets. Promote hospice programs and services to professional, civicorganizations, and community groups. Represent the company at community events to increase brandawareness and build relationships. Engage in company-provided training and self-studyopportunities to enhance knowledge of hospice care and relateddisease states. Maintain a thorough understanding of hospice care benefits toeffectively communicate value to referral sources andfamilies. Collaborate with internal operational and clinical teams toensure quality care. Work with other BrightSpring service line, if applicable withinthe territory, to create a continuum of care. Completes administrative tasks, include CRM updates, expensereporting, and business plans accurately and on time. Qualifications Current and valid state driver’s license required.
