ESSENTIAL TASKS

1. Works on a caseload of 435 Housing Choice Vouchers and 40 Mainstream Vouchers. 2. Works with Section 8 Participants and Landlords. 3. Follows HUD guidelines and housing authority program policies. 4. Calculates rent based clients adjusted gross income. 5. Works with Landlords to house Section 8 participants, 6. Runs rent reasonable to ensure contract rent for a unit is comparable to other contract rents in the market. 7. Checks affordability for participants prior to moving into a unit. 8. Participates in termination hearings. 9. Other duties as assigned.
