Duties Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to ensure a positive experience for both volunteers and the organization. Develop training programs that equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles. Salesforce for tracking volunteer hours, managing volunteer data, and reporting on program effectiveness. Supervise volunteer activities and provide ongoing support to ensure successful engagement. Create and manage social media content to promote volunteer opportunities and recognize volunteer contributions. Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs and align efforts with organizational goals. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages volunteer retention through effective communication and recognition. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management or related fields such as social work or community outreach. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on supervising teams effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent training development skills to create engaging learning experiences for volunteers.
