This role involves creating a nurturing, family-like environment where students receive guidance, supervision, and daily support.
Compensation and Perks:

Key Responsibilities:
Initially supporting several residences before being permanently assigned to one, couples will oversee student well-being, transport, medication administration, household budgeting, and reporting duties.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience or volunteer work with youth, especially from underserved populations, is preferred Married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older Up to three dependent children may reside in the home Smoke-free and weapon-free policy strictly enforced; no alcohol during work hours Pets limited to fish and one approved dog breed Valid driver’s licenses and willingness to certify for student van operation required Comfortable leading daily devotional sessions and attending Judeo-Christian chapel services weekly (proselytizing is not permitted) Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or GED Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Strong integrity and role modeling expected Both spouses must complete separate employment applications #jkgj592567
