Job Description
Direct Service Worker – Chackbay Pelican State Home & Community Services Thibodaux, LA 70301 The Direct Service Worker (DSW) is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals who are clients of Pelican State Home and Community Services (PSHCS). This includes direct care of program individuals and implementation of Individual Plans (IP) and Behavior Plans (BP). This position is staffing for Patterson, Berwick, and the Morgan City areas.
