Purpose:

This position is responsible for maintaining ongoing collaborations with different social services agencies within the community to identify and recruit eligible pregnant women to enroll in YWCA Prenatal Services Program. .

Job Duties:

Ensure enrollment goals are achieved for prenatal services. Facilitate the recruitment of pregnant women by assisting them in the application process and accurately inputting data into the REDCap database. Represent the YWCA Prenatal Services Program at community events, promoting services and fostering relationships within the community.

Facilitate collaborations with additional family support agencies to enhance service delivery. Partner with Prenatal Service Workers to assist families in identifying and accessing essential resources, including healthcare, mental health services, social services, educational opportunities, and job training programs.

Work closely with Prenatal Services Manager, Prenatal Services Workers, consultants, and community partners to deliver integrated and comprehensive services to expectant mothers.

Maintain enrollment inquiries

Formal Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required, with at least 9 college credit hours in Social Services, Human Services, Education, Public Health, or Health Administration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of community engagement and recruitment Effective verbal and written communication skills Public Speaking Excellent customer service Educational, Leadership, and Management Skills Organizational Skills Proficiency in computer and database systems. Ability to communicate program directives related to unit deliverables in accordance with established deadlines. Analytical skills necessary as independent decision and problem are required.
