This individual will work to increase awareness of the agency’s offerings and drive referrals to the agency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to target key community organizations and healthcare providers Attend networking events, conferences, and other community events to promote the agency’s services Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate new business opportunities Educate referral sources on the benefits and services offered by the home care agency Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Track and report on outreach activities and referral sources
Qualifications:
