Resident Services Coordinator Position Available In Wilson, North Carolina

Resident Services Coordinator Barr Residential and Development Wilson, NC 27893 We are currently seeking a part time Resident Services Coordinator for a senior affordable living facility in Wilson, NC. The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) will serve as an advocate, facilitator, mediator and community service provider. Network with community agencies, businesses, officials, educators, police departments & churches to form partnerships that can serve as a catalyst for bringing their services within reach of the residents and the surrounding community. Coordinate Resident Council. Serve as an advocate for residents by providing outreach and referral services. Identify and assess the needs of residents and utilize the appropriate community resources to offer a course of action. Respond to management referrals utilizing the management referral process. Meet regularly with management to maintain effective communication and foster a teamwork approach to address lease violation and other resident community issues. Serve as mediating agent when conflicts arise among residents. Visit new residents to inform them of available services, activities and programs. Highschool diploma required; Previous experience in Resident Services preferred.
