Clinicians Responsibilities:

Integrate vocational goals and services with the tasks of all the ACT Team members Assist through all phases of the vocational service provision Perform routine clinical services as a member of the ACT Team Oversee the recipients and for charting services Ensure revisions to the plan as the participant’s needs change Advocate for the rights and preferences of the participant whenever possible Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working with persons who deal with Mental Illnesses High School Diploma / GED Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, and/or related field Bilingual (English and Spanish) Basic knowledge of Human Services
