Youth Services Assistant Position Available In Steuben, New York

Youth Services Assistant:

Pro Action’s Prosperous Futures is accepting applications for a part-time, 20 hours a week, Youth Services Assistant to assist the Youth Services Coordinator with the day-to-day operations of the Summer Youth Employment, Youth Empowerment, and the Youth Development Programs.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who can engage with youth, parents, and community partners to meet the diverse needs of youth in our community.

Some of the job duties include:

• Conducting compliance reviews at SYE worksites
• Preparing and serving snacks to program participants
• Present pre-employment and financial literacy skills training for youth
• Perform general clerical dutiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent with experience in a related field of work with 3-5 years’ experience in related field of work.

This position requires excellent organizational/time management skills and flexibility. The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license that meets agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
