The Event & Outreach Coordinator plays an integral part in our teams success, providing support in a variety of areas to ensure our residents have the best living experience possible. As an Event & Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, leasing, and employee experience.
Your main duties will include:
Responsibilities:
Coordinating resident events and activities to foster a sense of community among our residents. Oversees the resident experience initiatives, including coordinating entertainment plans, planning activities, and addressing any resident concerns or inquiries. Assisting with the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and answering questions from prospective tenants. Managing resident requests and concerns, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
What We Need:
Experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Strong knowledge of the avilable amenities in Charleston, including entertainment, restaurant options, etc. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven computer skills (MS office and internet) Strong work ethic and a ‘ whatever it takes’ attitude
Educational Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements:
