Job Duties:
The Fiscal Technician II performs administrative and specialized office duties in support of agency management; provides routine and specialized administrative support all within the fiscal arena of the county office.
Presents a positive image, which supports agency actions and mission at all times; provides professional customer service to clients served by the agency. Receives telephone callers; screens and refers them appropriately; personally solves programmatic/procedural problems that require substantial knowledge.
Processes FI and SNAP account receivable claim payments. Functions as EBT Coordinator. Manages Independent Living client accounts. Cuts checks. Maintains W9 forms and 1099 documents.
Daily activity sheets showing all receipts, deposits and checks cut. Performs all accounting functions according to policy including receivables and disbursements. Provides FINN Support.
Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A High School Diploma and entry-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping. A Bachelor’s Degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for required work experience. Preferred Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to use standard office equipment to include personal computer, scanner, copier, and calculator. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook, Excel and WORD. Must be proficient in SCEIS. Minimal lifting not to exceed 25 pounds.
