Responsibilities Oversee the management of housing programs, including Section 8 and HOME properties. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws. Conduct regular inspections of properties to maintain quality standards. Ability to resolve tenant disputes effectively. Collaborate with social workers and addiction counselors to provide comprehensive support services to residents. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, program eligibility, and financial transactions. Develop and implement policies that enhance the living experience for residents. Skills Strong understanding of Section 8 and HOME regulations. Excellent communication skills to handle lease agreements and tenant relations. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all operations. Experience in motivational interviewing techniques to support resident engagement. Background in social work or addiction counseling is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
