Job Duties:
The Child Support Services Administrative Specialist II assist the Program Coordinator ll in administering the Insurance Match and Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) programSetting up cases for the FIDM and Insurance matches.
Contacting Insurance Companies and Financial Institutions to verify status of Insurance or FIDM Lien.
Mails notice of liens to the Insurance Company and Financial Institutions.
Performs receptionist duties by answering incoming telephone calls and greeting customers entering office.
Update case logs and status screens to meet deadlines and achieve goals set by Program Coordinator ll.
Ensure personal identifying information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed; Protects the agency network and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment, and data.
Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.
Other duties as required.

Agency Requirements:
A High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a High School Diploma.
Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute.
