Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate, timely, and consistent services are provided. Responsible for developing and completing initial treatment plans, maintaining progress notes and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of the program. Participate in trainings and the development of curriculum. Enhance department staff’s awareness and knowledge of sex offender treatment programming and treatment protocols. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor’s degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences and professional experience in human services or social services programs. Preferred Qualifications At least one year’s experience facilitating treatment in group settings. Prior experience with telehealth. Working with the adult sex offender population.
