Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity. What will you do as a Youth Care Specialist for our youth residential programs? As a Youth Care specialist , you will provide supervision, support, guidance, and build a therapeutic relationship with the youth under your care. A typical day as a Youth Care Specialist will include engaging with youth in the program, providing direction, structure and support for their physical and physiological needs. Scheduling and participating in activities, ensuring the physical milieus remain clean and safe, completing daily documentation as required by regulatory standards and transporting clients as needed for appointments and activities This position may require travel to various residential facilities within the area. You will work one of the below schedules: 1st Shift (7am-7pm) 2nd Shift (7pm-7am) Typically work a S, M, T every other W OR every other W, Th, F, S schedule What does this position offer?

Starting Pay Range:

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have at least one year of experience working in a residential youth operation or related experience working in the field of child and family services.
