Our clients, aged 11-21, require therapeutic support for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse issues. Responsibilities:
Lead team of therapists and case managers. Ensure effective implementation of individualized treatment plans. Monitor team performance, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment. Coordinate services with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders. Conduct team meetings, case reviews, and ensure compliance with agency and state guidelines. Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment models.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
