Group Facilitator Ascensa Health 139 Renaissance Pkwy NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 Ascensa Health has been serving the Atlanta community for over 60 years; providing substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment to nearly 1500 individuals each year. Duties include:
Facilitate psycho-educational/ Relapse Prevention groups for clients Complete BIRP notes for each client in group. Maintain a small caseload of Individual clients/ sessions Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field and experience working with Substance Abuse Disorders.
